A deposit is required to schedule a job into the workshop.  This covers diagnostic and disposal fees if the job does not proceed.  If the job proceeds, the deposit is deducted from the final invoice total.

This includes jobs that maybe warranty - if determined warranty - this deposit is refunded

A collection and delivery fee is chargeable for all collection and deliveries. 

This is not deducted from the total of the completed invoice.

If the job is a warranty job, this is still payable.  OEM's do not pay us to collect and deliver machines for warranty.

We are not licensed to work on any electrical side of generators - we can only service the engine side. 

If a job is not collected 6months from the date of invoice, it will be sold or scrapped to cover costs. 

We do not offer any onsite repairs.
